Have good diet: avoid eating junk food, high calorie food and fatty food. This food makes fat get accumulate more and more on body and hence makes a person fatty. Eventually give stretch marks on body. So eat proper food to avoid fatty body and hence to avoid stretch marks on body.
Play sports: There are lots of sports that helps one to reduce their fat and hence to reduce stretch marks. Sports are interesting to play not as boring as doing exercise and at the same time it keeps you fit by burning all the fats in your body that finally kills stretch marks on your body.
