Unfortunately, skin will not bounce back in its pure state if it is been stretched by rapid growth due to pregnancy, weight gain, or extreme weight loss. Caffeine can increase your risk of stretch marks in you. Stretch mark can also result from nutritional deficiency. Make sure that you consume foods that promote skin health. Include zinc rich foods in your diet. It helps to reduce stretch marks. Zinc food like nuts or fish should include your diet. Zinc works as a healer for stretch marks.
